Ingredients
  

  • - 1 lb 450g raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • - 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • - 1 tsp cornstarch
  • - 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • - 3 garlic cloves minced
  • - 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • - 2½ tbsp honey
  • - ½ tsp chili flakes optional
  • - 2 green onions sliced

Instructions
 

  • Toss shrimp with soy sauce and cornstarch. Set aside.
  • Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add garlic and ginger. Sauté 30 seconds.
  • Add shrimp. Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink.
  • Pour in honey and chili flakes. Stir to coat and glaze.
  • Garnish with green onions. Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes

- For extra sauce, double honey and soy
- Don’t overcook shrimp – they go fast
- Use fresh garlic and ginger for best flavor
