Ingredients
  

  • - 2 cups fresh strawberries chopped
  • - ½ cup granulated sugar
  • - ½ cup water

Instructions
 

  • Combine strawberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes until soft.
  • Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl.
  • Press berries with a spoon to extract all juice.
  • Let syrup cool. Store in fridge for up to 5 days.
