Ingredients
  

  • - 1½ cups raw pumpkin seeds from 1 medium pumpkin
  • - 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • - 1 tsp sea salt
  • - ½ tsp garlic powder
  • - ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • - ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • - 1 tsp maple syrup or honey optional

Instructions
 

  • Clean seeds thoroughly and remove excess pulp.
  • Pat dry and air-dry seeds for 30 minutes.
  • Toss seeds in a bowl with oil and all seasonings.
  • Preheat air fryer to 350°F for 3 minutes.
  • Add seeds in a single layer. Air fry for 5 minutes.
  • Shake basket, then cook another 5–7 minutes until crisp.
  • Let cool before serving or storing.

- Dry seeds thoroughly before air frying.
- Shake halfway for even crispiness.
