  • Divide Ingredients: Start by evenly dividing the rolled oats and chia seeds between two jars.
  • Pour Milk: Gently pour unsweetened almond milk over the dry ingredients in each jar.
  • Add Almond Butter: Spoon in the almond butter and maple syrup, mixing well.
  • Mix in Vanilla: Add vanilla extract and stir to combine flavors.
  • Seal and Shake: Tightly seal the jars and shake for about 30 seconds.
  • Refrigerate: Pop the jars in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.
  • Stir and Adjust: In the morning, stir the oats and adjust consistency with almond milk if needed.

Notes
