Ingredients
  

  • - 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • - 1 cup raisins
  • - ½ cup red onion finely chopped
  • - ½ cup crispy bacon bits
  • - ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • - 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • - 1 tbsp sugar
  • **Optional Garnish**
  • - Extra bacon bits
  • - Shredded cheddar cheese
  • - Sunflower seeds or almonds

Instructions
 

  • **Prep Broccoli**: Wash and chop broccoli into bite-sized florets.
  • **Make Dressing**: Whisk mayo, vinegar, and sugar in a medium bowl until creamy.
  • **Mix Salad**: In a large bowl, combine broccoli, raisins, onion, and bacon. Pour dressing over and toss gently.
  • **Chill**: Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • **Serve**: Stir again and top with garnish before serving.

Notes

- Sub dried cranberries for a twist
- Use Greek yogurt for a lighter version
- Make up to 24 hours in advance
