Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup raisins
- ½ cup red onion
finely chopped
- ½ cup crispy bacon bits
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
**Optional Garnish**
- Extra bacon bits
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Sunflower seeds or almonds
Instructions
**Prep Broccoli**: Wash and chop broccoli into bite-sized florets.
**Make Dressing**: Whisk mayo, vinegar, and sugar in a medium bowl until creamy.
**Mix Salad**: In a large bowl, combine broccoli, raisins, onion, and bacon. Pour dressing over and toss gently.
**Chill**: Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
**Serve**: Stir again and top with garnish before serving.
Notes
- Sub dried cranberries for a twist
- Use Greek yogurt for a lighter version
- Make up to 24 hours in advance
