How to Make Bariatric Gelatin

  • Stir in the fresh lemon juice, desired sweetener, and a pinch of Himalayan pink salt into the hot tea mixture.
  • Pour the warm tea mixture over the bloomed gelatin, then whisk vigorously until it dissolves completely.
  • Carefully pour the mixture into ramekins or molds and refrigerate for 3–4 hours, or until set.
