How to Make Berry Frozen Yogurt Bark

  • Prepare Toppings: Wash the blueberries and pat dry. Slice the strawberries. Lightly toast the coconut shavings until golden.
  • Line Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy removal.
  • Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, lemon zest (if using), and salt. Whisk until smooth.
  • Spread Yogurt Mixture: Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet. Spread evenly to 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness.
  • Add Toppings: Sprinkle blueberries, strawberries, and toasted coconut over the yogurt base and gently press them in.
  • Freeze: Transfer to the freezer and freeze for at least 3 hours or until solid.
