Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x4 or 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • Mash 2 cups of very ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  • Add 1 cup of cane sugar, 1/3 cup of melted butter, 2 large eggs, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, whisk until creamy.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 ½ cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, ½ teaspoon of sea salt, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and ½ teaspoon of nutmeg.
