Ingredients
  

  • 1 32 oz bag frozen tater tots
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar or cheese blend
  • 1 cup cooked sausage or bacon crumbled
  • 4 green onions chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: hot sauce fresh herbs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13 dish.
  • Whisk eggs and milk with salt and pepper.
  • Stir in cheese, cooked sausage, and green onions.
  • Arrange frozen tater tots in the baking dish.
  • Pour egg mixture evenly over the tater tots.
  • Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and set.
  • Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
