How to Make Cherry Clafoutis

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, whole milk, Greek yogurt, all-purpose flour, sea salt, vanilla extract, almond extract, melted butter, and lemon zest until just combined.
  • Cover the batter and allow it to rest for about 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease eight 6-ounce ramekins or one larger baking dish.
  • Pour the batter evenly into the prepared ramekins or baking dish. Gently layer the pitted cherries on top.
  • Place the ramekins in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  • Once baked, remove the clafoutis from the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
