Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • - 4 cups Corn Chex
  • - 4 cups Wheat Chex
  • - 3 cups mini unsalted pretzels
  • - 2 cups plain or rye bagel chips
  • - 2 cups Goldfish or oyster crackers
  • - 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • - 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • - 2 tsp kosher salt
  • - 1½ tsp garlic powder
  • - 1½ tsp onion powder
  • - 1 tsp black pepper
  • - 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • - 1 tsp MSG optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 250°F.
  • In a large bowl, combine all cereals, pretzels, bagel chips, and Goldfish.
  • Whisk butter, Worcestershire, and all seasonings in a small bowl.
  • Gradually pour butter mix over dry mix, tossing between additions.
  • Spread onto 2 baking sheets and bake for 1 hour, tossing every 15 minutes.
  • Cool completely and store in an airtight container.

Notes

- Store at room temp up to 2 weeks
- Add-ins like nuts or hot sauce work great
- Let cool before adding any chocolate
