Ingredients
  

  • - 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • - 1 tbsp olive oil
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • - ¼ cup Caesar dressing
  • - ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • - ½ cup crushed croutons optional
  • - 2 large flour tortillas
  • ### Optional Add-ins
  • - Sliced avocado
  • - Crispy bacon
  • - Cherry tomatoes
  • - Red onion slices

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side. Rest, then slice.
  • Warm tortillas slightly to soften.
  • In a large bowl, toss romaine, Caesar dressing, Parmesan, and croutons.
  • Add sliced chicken and toss again.
  • Divide mixture between tortillas. Roll tightly.
  • Slice and serve or wrap for later.

- Use rotisserie chicken for faster prep
- Keep dressing separate if prepping ahead
