Ingredients
  

  • - 8 oz semi-sweet baking chocolate bar finely chopped
  • - ½ cup heavy cream
  • - ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • - Holiday sprinkles
  • - Optional: melted chocolate or icing for decoration

Instructions
 

  • Finely chop the chocolate and place it in a bowl.
  • Heat heavy cream until just simmering. Pour over chocolate.
  • Add vanilla extract and stir until smooth.
  • Cover with plastic wrap (touching the surface) and refrigerate 2 hours.
  • Scoop into 1 tbsp portions and roll into balls.
  • Decorate with sprinkles, icing, or melted chocolate.
  • Let set briefly at room temperature, then refrigerate for 20–30 minutes.
