Ingredients
  

  • **For the Shrimp**
  • - 1 lb wild-caught shrimp
  • - ½ tsp salt
  • - ½ tsp black pepper
  • - 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • - 1 tsp garlic powder
  • - 1 tsp chili powder
  • - 1 tbsp olive oil
  • - 2 tbsp butter
  • - 1 tsp lime zest
  • - 2 tbsp lime juice
  • - 2 tbsp honey
  • - ½ bunch cilantro chopped
  • **For the Slaw**
  • - 3 cups green cabbage shredded
  • - ½ bunch cilantro chopped
  • - ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • - 2 tbsp lime juice
  • **Other**
  • - 8 tortillas
  • - 1 avocado sliced
  • - Lime wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Combine all shrimp marinade ingredients in a bowl and toss shrimp to coat. Let sit.
  • In a second bowl, mix slaw ingredients and chill.
  • Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high. Cook shrimp 2–3 mins per side.
  • Warm tortillas.
  • Fill each tortilla with shrimp, slaw, and avocado.
  • Serve with lime wedges.

Notes

- For more heat, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
- Substitute dairy-free yogurt for a vegan-friendly slaw.
- Best enjoyed fresh, but slaw can be prepped ahead.
