Steps to Prepare

  • Whisk the Marinade: In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, soy sauce, and honey. Whisk until glossy, and then divide it into two portions—one for marinating and one for finishing your salmon.
  • Marinate the Salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Coat them generously with half of the glaze and let them marinate for 20-30 minutes at room temperature.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F and preheat for about 3-5 minutes.
  • Arrange the Fillets: Carefully place the marinated salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
  • Air Fry the Salmon: Cook the fillets for 7-8 minutes until flaky and golden brown.
  • Serve and Garnish: Serve your beautifully cooked salmon immediately, drizzling the reserved glaze over the top. Finish with a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
