Making Cranberry Brie Bites

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly spray a 24-cup mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  • Soften the brie by letting it sit at room temperature for about 5-10 minutes.
  • Prepare the crescent dough by thawing it and separating it into triangles.
  • Roll out each triangle slightly to make it more pliable.
  • Layer about ½ teaspoon of brie in each cup, followed by ½ teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
  • Garnish by placing a small piece of fresh rosemary on top of each filled cup.
  • Bake the bites for 12-15 minutes until the dough is golden brown and the brie is melted.
  • Cool for 2-3 minutes, then serve warm.

Notes

Optional: Sprinkle with a bit of sea salt before serving for extra flavor.
