  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice to enhance the dip’s freshness
  • 1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil drizzle on top before serving
  • Black Pepper freshly ground to taste

Preparation Steps

  • Start by stripping thyme leaves from their stems and chopping the fresh basil. Mince the garlic as well.
  • In your blender, add the cottage cheese, prepared herbs, minced garlic, lemon juice, and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Blend everything on high for about 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy. Adjust with a splash of water if needed.
  • Transfer the dip into a serving bowl. Drizzle a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil on top and adjust seasoning.
  • Serve immediately with fresh veggies, crackers, or bread. Optionally, chill for 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
