How to Make Creamy Chocolate Frozen Yogurt Bark

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, almond butter, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth and creamy. Make sure there are no lumps!
  • Line an 8x10 inch baking sheet with parchment paper, ensuring it’s wrinkle-free to give you a perfect bark texture.
  • Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer, aiming for a thickness of 1/4 to 1/2 inch.
  • Quickly sprinkle the chopped almonds and chocolate chips over the surface, pressing them gently into the mixture for perfect distribution.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow it to freeze for 2–3 hours, until the bark is completely solid.
  • Before breaking the bark, let it sit at room temperature for 1-2 minutes; this makes it easier to remove from the pan without shattering.
  • Once softened slightly, break the bark into bite-sized pieces and store them in an airtight container in the freezer to keep them fresh.

Notes

Enjoy with fresh berries or a drizzle of honey for an extra touch! Store in an airtight container for up to 2 months in the freezer.
