  • 2 pounds Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • to taste teaspoons Salt
  • enough cups Water

For the Mix

  • 4 tablespoons Salted Butter softened
  • 1/2 cup Milk or dairy-free alternative
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth or vegetable broth

How to Make Ninja Foodi Mashed Potatoes

  • Peel and cut the gold potatoes into uniform 2-inch chunks.
  • Place the potato chunks into the Ninja Foodi, add enough water to cover them, and sprinkle in a pinch of salt. Close the lid and seal the valve.
  • Set the Ninja Foodi to high pressure and cook for 5 minutes. Allow for a natural pressure release for about 5 minutes.
  • Carefully open the lid and transfer the cooked potatoes to a mixing bowl, discarding the cooking liquid.
  • While still hot, add softened butter and milk, mixing until creamy. Gradually fold in chicken broth.
  • Taste and adjust salt as necessary before serving.

Notes

Optional: Sprinkle with fresh herbs like chives before serving.
