Instructions
How to Make Ninja Foodi Mashed Potatoes
Peel and cut the gold potatoes into uniform 2-inch chunks.
Place the potato chunks into the Ninja Foodi, add enough water to cover them, and sprinkle in a pinch of salt. Close the lid and seal the valve.
Set the Ninja Foodi to high pressure and cook for 5 minutes. Allow for a natural pressure release for about 5 minutes.
Carefully open the lid and transfer the cooked potatoes to a mixing bowl, discarding the cooking liquid.
While still hot, add softened butter and milk, mixing until creamy. Gradually fold in chicken broth.
Taste and adjust salt as necessary before serving.
