  • 1 cup Greek yogurt try vanilla for extra sweetness
  • 2 tbsp honey raw honey offers additional nutrients
  • 1 cup whole milk almond milk can be a lighter alternative
  • 1 tsp cinnamon freshly ground is best
  • 1 pinch fine sea salt

For the Toppings (optional)

  • 1 cup berries fresh, for topping
  • 2 tbsp nut butter for topping
  • 1 tbsp extra honey for drizzling on top

Instructions
 

Directions

  • Whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl until smooth.
  • Pour in the whole milk and stir thoroughly to incorporate the yogurt.
  • Mix in old-fashioned oats, fine sea salt, and cinnamon.
  • Let the mixture sit for a few minutes, then divide into jars.
  • Refrigerate overnight for at least 6 hours.
  • In the morning, stir and add toppings of nut butter and fresh berries if desired.
