Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan, white cheddar, Gruyère, artichoke hearts, chopped spinach, minced garlic, lemon zest, and red pepper flakes in a large mixing bowl until fully blended and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Season generously with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, smoothing the top for presentation.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden.

Notes
