  • 2 tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil Can substitute with avocado oil.

Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp Whole Grain Dijon Mustard Regular Dijon works if needed.
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar Can substitute with white vinegar or lemon juice.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Adjust if using fresh minced garlic.
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika Sweet paprika can be used but lacks depth.
  • 1 tsp Fine Sea Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper Use freshly cracked for best flavor.

Preparation

  • Start by cutting the cabbage into 4 wedges, each about 1-inch thick. Remember to keep any extra cabbage for another delicious recipe!
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Generously brush the seasoning mix on both sides of each cabbage wedge to ensure every bite is flavorful.
  • Place the cabbage wedges in a single layer in the air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 8 to 10 minutes. They should be beautifully crisp on the edges and tender in the center. No preheating needed!

Notes
