Ingredients
  

  • - 4 salmon fillets skin-on preferred
  • - ¼ cup honey
  • - 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • - 3 cloves garlic minced
  • - 2 tbsp olive oil
  • - 2 green onions sliced

Instructions
 

  • Pat salmon dry. Lightly season with salt and pepper.
  • Whisk honey, soy sauce, and garlic together to make glaze.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Place salmon skin-side down. Sear for 4–5 minutes.
  • Flip salmon. Pour in glaze. Cook 3–4 more minutes, basting frequently.
  • Remove from heat. Spoon glaze over salmon and garnish with green onions.

Notes

- For extra sauce, double glaze ingredients
- Use maple syrup as a honey alternative
- Finish with lemon juice or sesame oil for added flavor
