Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C); this is the perfect temperature for achieving a crispy exterior while keeping the insides tender.
  • Coat the bottom of a 9x13 glass baking dish with olive oil.
  • Mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, and lemon pepper in a bowl to create your delicious seasoning blend.
  • Spread the cheese mixture evenly in the bottom of the prepared dish.
  • Arrange the halved Yukon Gold fingerling potatoes cut side up on top of the cheese mixture.
