  • 3 pounds Corned Beef Brisket drained and with seasoning packet
  • 4 cups Unsalted Beef Stock to control sodium levels
  • 12 ounces Lager Beer can substitute with non-alcoholic beer or extra beef stock

How to Make Crockpot Corned Beef

  • Prepare the Vegetables: Start by placing your diced large onion, carrot chunks, and celery in the bottom of your 8-quart slow cooker.
  • Layer the Brisket: Gently lay the drained corned beef brisket on top of the prepared vegetables and sprinkle the seasoning packet evenly over the meat.
  • Add the Cooking Liquid: Pour the unsalted beef stock and lager beer over the meat and vegetables.
  • Set and Cook: Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 8-9 hours without lifting the lid.
  • Serve and Enjoy: Remove the corned beef, slice it, and drizzle some cooking liquid over the meat before serving.
