How to Make Crockpot Corned Beef

  • Begin by dicing the onion and cutting the carrots and celery into large chunks.
  • Place the chopped vegetables in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  • Gently place the drained corned beef brisket on top of the veggies, sprinkling the seasoning mix over it.
  • Carefully add the unsalted beef stock and lager beer over the brisket.
  • Cover the slow cooker and set it to low, cooking for 8-9 hours.
  • Once done, remove the corned beef from the pot, slice it, and drizzle some reserved liquid over it.
