  • Start by dicing the onion, mincing the garlic, chopping the red pepper, and slicing the scallions, keeping the white and green parts separate for garnish later.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice wine, fish sauce, cornstarch, and grated ginger until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for about 1 minute until it becomes fragrant and slightly translucent.
  • Add the ground turkey, minced garlic, and chopped red pepper to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the turkey is browned and the red pepper has softened.
  • Pour the prepared sauce over the turkey mixture. Stir continuously for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the turkey evenly.
  • Remove from heat and fold in the white parts of the scallions. Serve the mixture over rice or noodles, garnishing with the scallion greens, sesame seeds, and any additional toppings you like.
