Preparation

  • Begin by mincing the garlic, grating the ginger, and slicing the green onions. Prepare mushrooms and carrots.

Cook Turkey

  • In a bowl, combine soy sauce and cornstarch, mix with ground turkey and let sit for 10 minutes.
  • Heat canola oil in a skillet over high heat and add marinated turkey, cooking until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.

Add Ingredients

  • Stir in mushrooms and the white/light green parts of the green onions, cooking for another 2 minutes.
  • Lower heat, then add minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for 30 seconds.
  • Add broccoli coleslaw and carrots, stir-frying for about 2 minutes until vibrant.
  • Whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili paste, sesame oil, black pepper, and sugar. Pour over turkey and veggies, cooking for an additional 1 minute.
  • Divide cooked base (like brown rice or cauliflower rice) into bowls, top with turkey mixture, and garnish with dark green onions.
