  • 4 oz Chopped Chocolate dark chocolate (60% cacao recommended)
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips optional for added texture
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda for leavening
  • 1/2 cup Milk any preferred milk works
  • 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder unsweetened
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour can substitute with almond or gluten-free flour

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chopped chocolate in short bursts until smooth. Let cool slightly.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine melted chocolate, Greek yogurt, and sweetener. Mix until smooth.
  • Gently stir in the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda until just combined.
  • Incorporate the milk, mixing well. If desired, fold in chocolate chips.
  • Transfer the batter to the prepared pan, smoothing the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Check for doneness with a toothpick; it should come out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Allow brownies to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Serve warm with vanilla yogurt or whipped cream if desired. Ensure yogurt is well-stirred for best results.
