Ingredients
  

For the Strawberries

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries Select ripe, juicy strawberries at room temperature.

For the Chocolate Coating

  • 1 cup chocolate chips Choose semi-sweet, milk, or dark chocolate; use dairy-free for vegan option.

Preparation

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Rinse strawberries under cold water and gently pat dry with paper towels.
  • Place chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl over a double boiler or microwave in 20-second increments, stirring until smooth.
  • Dip each strawberry by its leaves into the melted chocolate, coating most of the berry.
  • Place dipped strawberries onto the parchment-lined baking sheet and allow to air dry for 20-30 minutes.
  • Serve as is, or drizzle more melted chocolate over them for added flair.

Notes

Ensure strawberries are completely dry before dipping to achieve a good coating. Store in a single layer for freshness.
