  • 2 tablespoons Powdered Peanut Butter regular peanut butter can substitute
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt

For Optional Toppings

  • 1 medium Sliced Banana
  • 2 tablespoons Shaved Dark Chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons Crushed Peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon Drizzle of Peanut Butter

How to Make Chocolate Yogurt Chia Pudding

  • In a large bowl, whisk together your chosen milk, Greek yogurt, unsweetened cocoa powder, maple syrup, powdered peanut butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  • Gradually stir in the chia seeds, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  • Cover the mixture and refrigerate it for at least 3–4 hours, or ideally overnight.
  • Once thickened, spoon the pudding into bowls or jars and decorate with your favorite toppings.

Notes

Stir the mixture 5 minutes after initial mixing to prevent clumping of chia seeds. Adjust sweetness to your preference.
