How to Make Mango Sorbet

  • Place the frozen mango in a food processor. Pulse it gently until the chunks break down into small pieces, resembling shredded fruit, for about 30 seconds.
  • Scrape down the sides of the processor, then pour in the maple syrup and fresh lime juice. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
  • Keep the food processor running for at least 1 minute. This extra blending time is key for obtaining that creamy sorbet texture.
  • If you want a soft sorbet, enjoy it immediately! Alternatively, transfer your sorbet to a sealed container and freeze for 2-3 hours for a firmer texture.

Notes
