How to Make Watermelon Sorbet

  • Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and evenly spread the cubed watermelon. Freeze for about 3 hours or until completely solid.
  • Once frozen, place the watermelon cubes, sweetener, lime juice, and a pinch of salt into a food processor or blender. Process for about 1 minute until you achieve a slightly chunky consistency, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Continue blending for an additional 4 to 6 minutes until the mixture becomes completely smooth and creamy, resembling a soft-serve texture.
  • Serve immediately for a delightful soft-serve experience, or transfer the sorbet to an airtight container. Freeze for 2 to 3 hours for a firmer texture.
