  • 1 large Egg helps bind ingredients
  • 40 g Rolled oats hearty base
  • 50 ml Milk can be plant-based
  • 1 tsp Runny honey can be swapped for maple syrup
  • 0.25 tsp Baking powder for fluffiness

For Serving

  • 1 spoonful Yoghurt for creaminess
  • few Additional berries for serving
  • to taste Honey for drizzling

How to Make Baked Oats

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) using the fan setting.
  • Combine mixed berries, egg, rolled oats, milk, runny honey, and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Stir until well-mixed.
  • Pour the mixture into a small baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake in your preheated oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Top with a spoonful of yogurt, berries, and a drizzle of honey.
