How to Make Chicken Caesar Wraps

  • In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and homemade croutons. Season generously with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper for enhanced flavor.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and warm the tortillas for 15-30 seconds on each side, or wrap them in a damp paper towel and microwave for 15-30 seconds until pliable and soft.
  • Lay the warmed tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spoon the salad mixture evenly onto the center of each tortilla, ensuring not to overfill to prevent leaks.
  • Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly burrito-style, tucking in the ends as you go. Use a toothpick to hold it together if needed.
