How to Make Chocolate Frozen Yogurt Bites

  • Whisk together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and salt in a medium bowl until smooth and creamy.
  • Fill silicone molds with the yogurt mixture, about ¾ full to prevent overflow.
  • Place molds in the freezer for about 15 minutes to help the yogurt set slightly.
  • Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Remove molds from the freezer and pour melted chocolate over each yogurt bite, covering generously.
  • Sprinkle finely crushed peanuts on top of each chocolate-covered yogurt bite.
  • Return molds to the freezer for at least 2-3 hours until chocolate coating is solid.
  • Once set, gently flex the molds to pop out the bites and store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

For an extra burst of flavor, serve with fresh berries. Store in layers separated by parchment paper in an airtight container to prevent sticking.
