  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the chocolate protein drink, Kodiak Cakes muffin mix, and room temperature eggs until just combined.
  • Line or grease a standard 12-cup muffin tin.
  • Using a scoop, divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
  • Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 18 minutes.
  • Once baked, let the muffins cool in the pan for about 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack.

Notes
