  • 8 leaves Mint Bruise well to release oils.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons Simple syrup Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1.5 ounces Rum Coconut rum for extra twist.
  • 2 tablespoons Cream of coconut
  • 4 ounces Club soda or lime sparkling water

How to Make Coconut Mojito

  • Bruise the Mint: Place mint leaves and fresh lime juice in a glass. Use the end of a wooden spoon to gently bruise the mint.
  • Mix the Ingredients: Stir in rum, simple syrup, and cream of coconut. Mix until well combined.
  • Add Ice and Fizz: Fill the glass with ice and top off with club soda or lime sparkling water.
  • Stir and Garnish: Gently stir the mixture to combine. Garnish with a wedge of lime and mint sprigs.

Notes
