Ingredients
  

For the Pudding Base

  • 1 package Instant chocolate pudding
  • 2 cups Milk or almond milk for a dairy-free option
  • 1 container Cool Whip

For the Topping

  • 1 package Oreo cookies crushed
  • 1 cup Shredded coconut dyed green
  • 6 pieces Peeps marshmallow bunny
  • 1 cup Cadbury Mini Eggs

Preparation

  • Combine the instant chocolate pudding mix and milk in a large bowl. Whisk for about 2 minutes until the mixture thickens and turns smooth.
  • Gently stir in the Cool Whip until fully combined. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to allow it to firm up slightly.
  • Use a piping bag or an ice cream scoop to fill the bottom of your serving cups with the pudding mixture. Follow with a generous layer of crushed Oreo cookies and repeat for a beautiful presentation.
  • Top each cup with green-dyed shredded coconut to mimic grass. Adorn with a Peeps marshmallow bunny and sprinkle Cadbury Mini Eggs on top.
  • Refrigerate your cups for at least an hour to allow flavors to meld.

Notes
