  • 1 box Pamela's Chocolate Brownie Mix creates a rich base
  • 4 squares Ghirardelli chocolate squares for topping

For the Decorations

  • 1 tube colored frosting (Wilton sparkle gels) for festive decoration
  • 1 cup mini M&Ms used as tassels

How to Make Graduation Brownies

  • Prepare the Mix: Follow the instructions on the Pamela's Chocolate Brownie Mix package. Mix until smooth.
  • Bake the Brownies: Fill mini muffin pans with the brownie mixture and bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes.
  • Trim the Brownies: Trim the tops of the brownies once cooled to help the chocolate squares sit flat.
  • Create the Hat Tilt: Slice a small section off the back of each brownie to create a slight tilt.
  • Glue the Chocolate Squares: Use frosting to adhere a chocolate square onto each brownie.
  • Add the Tassel: Use frosting to draw a tassel from the center of the square to the edge of the brownie.
  • Finish with M&Ms: Press a mini M&M into the center of each chocolate square.

Notes

Feel free to sprinkle edible glitter for extra flair! Store brownies in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
