Ingredients
  

For the Salad

  • 1 container Kalettes™ Can substitute with kale or Brussels sprouts
  • 4 oz Goat Cheese Feta cheese can also work well

For the Dressing

  • 3 tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil Opt for high-quality oil for the best taste
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar Can substitute with red wine vinegar

Instructions
 

Making the Salad

  • Rinse and dry the Kalettes™ thoroughly, then chop them coarsely.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the extra-virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar until emulsified.
  • In a large salad bowl, toss the chopped Kalettes™ with the dressing, and mix in the crumbled goat cheese.
  • Optional: Garnish with toasted nuts for extra crunch.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1-2 days. Avoid freezing as fresh textures will be lost.
