Peach Filling

  • 6 cups Fresh Peaches peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Light Brown Sugar packed
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour or Almond Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon

Topping

  • 1 1/2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour or Almond Flour
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (1 stick)

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Prepare the baking dish by lightly spraying a 9" x 9" pan with nonstick spray or by buttering it.
  • Combine the peaches, brown sugar, cornstarch, flour, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Mix until everything is well coated, then pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish.
  • Cream the butter, granulated sugar, flour, and cinnamon together in the same bowl using a hand mixer until light and fluffy. Stir in the oats until combined and crumbly.
  • Dot the oat mixture evenly over the peach filling, covering it as much as possible.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the filling is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
  • Serve warm, either on its own or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.

Notes
