Ingredients
  

For the Salad

  • 1 pound shrimp Fresh or frozen, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 small red onion Thinly sliced
  • 2 stalks celery Chopped

For the Dressing

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise Full-fat is best
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1.5 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh dill Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt Adjust to taste
  • black pepper To taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, gently toss together the shrimp, red onion, and celery.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, fresh dill, and half the kosher salt. Taste the dressing and adjust with additional salt and pepper as desired.
  • Stir the dressing into the shrimp mixture until everything is well coated. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator to enhance flavors.

Notes

Optional: Sprinkle extra dill on top for presentation. Great served on a bed of greens or in a sandwich.
