How to Make Fresh Spring Rolls

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the vermicelli noodles for a few minutes, following package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  • Arrange all your toppings including veggies, fresh herbs, and shrimp accessible.
  • Soak one rice wrapper in warm water for 10-15 seconds until pliable.

  • Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly like a burrito until fully wrapped.
