  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips Can substitute dark chocolate chips.

How to Make St Patrick's Day Cookies

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix together the white cake mix, eggs, and oil in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add green food coloring a few drops at a time, mixing gently.
  • Fold in the white chocolate chips evenly into the batter.
  • Scoop the dough onto a lined cookie sheet, leaving space between each scoop.
