  • 4 cups romaine lettuce add just before serving
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes can swap for grape tomatoes or omit
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese pepper jack can be used for extra zest
  • 1/4 cup reserved pasta cooking water to adjust dressing consistency if needed

Preparation Steps

  • Drain pasta and rinse under cold water to cool.
