How to Make Lemon Vinaigrette

  • In a small bowl or a mason jar, mix together the lemon juice, lemon zest, grated garlic, and either Dijon mustard or tahini.
  • Use a whisk or tightly seal the jar and shake vigorously until the ingredients are well combined and emulsified.
  • Slowly stream in the olive oil while whisking continuously or shaking if using a jar.

  • If you crave a thicker dressing, feel free to add a little more tahini.
