Preparation

  • Stir in chia seeds, letting them integrate, and let sit for 5 minutes.
  • Stir again after 5 minutes to prevent clumping. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  • Divide into serving bowls once set. Top with fresh fruit and nuts before serving.
  • Optionally, drizzle with more maple syrup before serving.

Notes

Stir after five minutes to avoid chia seed clumping. Adjust thickness with extra almond milk if needed. Prepare toppings separately for freshness.
