  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt or non-dairy yogurt for dairy-free option.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or agave syrup as a substitution.

For the Flavor Swirl

  • 1/2 cup Fruit Spread or Jam choose unsweetened varieties for a healthier option.

For the Crunchy Topping

  • 1 cup Granola substitute with nuts for added variety.

For the Fresh Fruits

  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries or substitute with seasonal fruits.
  • 1 cup Fresh Blueberries other berries work beautifully as well.

  • In a mixing bowl, blend Greek yogurt and honey together until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the yogurt mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread it out to about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Dollop your choice of fruit spread or jam over the yogurt mixture and swirl it in to create marbled patterns.
  • Generously sprinkle granola across the surface and scatter fresh strawberries and blueberries on top.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  • Once set, take the bark out of the freezer and break it into pieces.

Notes

Drizzle with melted dark chocolate for an indulgent twist. Store in the freezer for up to one month for best texture.
