Ingredients
  

For the Tea Base

  • 24 ounces filtered water the key to a clean, refreshing taste
  • 1 bag family size iced tea bag or 3 regular tea bags

For the Flavor

  • 1 lemon sliced adds a zesty brightness
  • 5-6 large strawberries tops removed and cut in half

For Sweetening

  • 2 tablespoons Truvia optional sweetener

For Serving

  • ice to serve chilled

How to Make Sun Tea

  • In a large glass container, pour in 24 ounces of filtered water and mix in 2 tablespoons of Truvia. Stir until combined.
  • Toss in the sliced lemon and halved strawberries, followed by adding either 1 family size iced tea bag or 3 regular tea bags.
  • Securely seal the container and place it in direct sunlight. Let it steep for 1-2 hours.
  • Once steeped, pour the sun tea over ice for a refreshing serve.
  • For a deeper flavor, you can leave the tea and fruits to infuse in the refrigerator overnight.

Notes

Optional: Garnish with fresh mint leaves for an extra pop of flavor!
